Monitoring and reporting
Our senior management team is responsible for realising our corporate business plan and is supported in this by an operational management team.
It is the role of our corporate board to monitor progress against the business plan and hold the organisation to account for delivery.
Progress reports are presented at the bi-monthly corporate board meetings.
