On the day leaders in the HSC will set out the vision for transformed services and outline the early implementation proposals. Delegates will also hear from a range of recognised innovators and experts about emerging best practice in other regions and have an opportunity to discuss the next steps with a wide range of colleagues.
To support a more detailed exploration of innovative change there will be four workshops focusing on key themes in “Transforming Your Care”. Each workshop, led by an expert in the field and with input from leading thinkers, will be requested to debate and agree three key actions to support transformational change. There will also be a range of fringe events and a small exhibition.
Please join us for what we feel will be an important event in supporting the HSC, in conjunction with our partners, deliver the change necessary, to ensure we secure improved health and wellbeing outcomes and provide world class services for our citizens.
