Application of new EU rules for procurement of “green” vehicles

The Ambulance Service Network has submitted a response to the Department for Transport’s consultation on the implementation of the Directive that will require public bodies to consider the environmental impact of all vehicles that it purchases. The response has been informed by the National Ambulance Strategic Fleet Group representing the member ambulance services of the ASN.
