Delegates had the opportunity to discuss the implications of the NHS white paper proposals for ambulance services, commissioning of ambulance service provisions in light of the proposed changes to the commissioning system, effective governance and the role of the ambulance services in delivering public health.
Delegates were also invited to debate the key strategic issues and challenges facing ambulance services and the wider NHS, to hear from senior policy makers and opinion formers and to network with other ambulance service NEDs.
