The changing policy and operating environment and the focus on marketisation means that improved strategic business planning and commercial acumen within foundation trusts is increasingly important.
The FTN works closely with experts in the commercial field to provide the following opportunities for members. Last year we commissioned Cass Business School and Manchester Business School to develop two tailored programmes specifically for FT and aspirant FT commercial leads and directors. Bookings for these are arranged directly with the business schools.
