Our new member to member mentoring scheme aims to link colleagues together on a one to one basis. Our preparation programme for aspirants will help you through the FT authorisation process and our governor development programme, delivered in partnership with the FT Governors Association, will help your governors understand their role. For executives and other senior colleagues,we work with some of the leading UK business schools and other partner organisations to provide high level, challenging development opportunities.
