Seeking member views on integrated health and social care services
The Mental Health Network is interested to hear members views of health and social care services. We have heard that there are some concerns that the commitment to integrated health and social care services is being challenged. The Network is unclear if these are isolated cases or if there are wider concerns. We are interested to have a discussion with you about your current arrangements and whether you have any concerns.
We are therefore interested to hear:
• Do you have integrated services?
• If so please describe them (e.g. areas of service delivery)
• How are they? What is working well? What are the challenges?
