We held a follow-up dinner for PCTs with Bill Moyes, Chief Executive of Monitor and his senior team at the end of March.
Bill fed back that Monitor had seen more proactive links with commissioners developing over the last few months which was encouraging. We also discussed lessons from Mid Staffordshire FT, the implications of the financial downturn and the transforming community services agenda.
