Despite the bad weather nearly 70 delegates heard presentations from community services leaders in Oldham and Hampshire and then heard from Bob Ricketts, Director of System Management and Innovation at the Department of Health and Andrea Sutcliffe, Chief Executive of the Appointments Commission. Bob and Andrea gave a commitment to the meeting that further guidance on governance of PCT provider boards would be issued by April.
