This event on 22 July welcomed NHS Confederation members from across its PCT, Foundation Trust and Mental Health Trust Networks to discuss the issues and share ideas on the challenge of integrating community services.

TherapyTransfer and transform - the challenges of integrating community services, was held in London on 22 July. Sponsored by Hempsons, this workshop allowed delegates from community, acute and mental health service providers from across the country to come together and discuss the challenges facing PCTs and trusts as they proceed towards the transfer and transformation of services in the community. PCT Network director David Stout hosted the workshop in London. Members can read the presentations in full from this event below.
