The BME leadership forum works in partnership with the Royal College of Nursing.

Membership

The forum includes non-executive directors (NEDs), senior executives, managers, nursing representatives and academics. A wider network of interested parties also have the opportunity to comment on issues arising and feed their views into the forum.

The forum is steered by an independent group of forum members that meet four times a year to guide the policy work and provide structure for the forum.

How to join

Membership of the BME leadership forum is free to all organisations that are members of the NHS Confederation.
