The Mental Health Network is at the forefront of shaping the debate about what ‘quality accounts’ might look like in mental health. We have produced this paper based on semi-structured interviews with network members and a member seminar held on 20 February 2009. We welcome comments from members to expand, reflect and share further ideas about what quality accounts might contain in their first year and what needs to happen for them to be implemented within organisations.
