The NHS Confederation is not subject to the Freedom of Information Act as it is not a public authority. However, the NHS Confederation voluntarily seeks to comply with the spirit of the Freedom of Information Act and go beyond its legal obligations to ensure it is open and transparent to the public and accountable to its members.
