On Friday 6 November, the NHS Confederation’s Community Health Services Forum, working with the National Association of Primary Care, held an event entitled, ‘Joining community health and primary care: the art of the possible’.

This event was sold out with over 60 delegates attending. Thank you to all the speakers and delegates who made this event such a success.
