Patient Feedback Shared Improvement Dashboard

In the Care Quality Commission (CQC) national inpatient survey, Aintree was in the lowest quartile for patient experience. The trust set a quality improvement strategy target to be in the top 25 per cent of organisations by 2017.

The trust created a speedy way to get patient feedback to trust staff who could make improvements, called the Patient Feedback Shared Improvement Dashboard.
