NHS Confederation and Novartis: Community of Practice
NHS Confederation and Novartis are delivering a Collaborative Working Project (CWP) to support the NHS to develop and adopt good practice in areas such as population health management, delivering health equity, and creating opportunities for collaboration to drive innovation.
A measure of success for this CWP is the creation of a Community of Practice, which will bring together healthcare system stakeholders from across the NHS ecosystem, covering a variety of backgrounds, roles and localities.
These stakeholders will be driven to transform health and care for patients, workforce and the healthcare system. The value of this Community is for its representatives to be able to discuss and address shared challenges in service delivery, be exposed to solutions that others have implemented, and co-create further solutions where needed.
For further information on the Community of Practice, please contact Charlotte Moss, Industry Engagement and Policy Manager at the NHS Confederation, at charlotte.moss@nhsconfed.org.
