International Women’s Day 2025
Join the Health and Care Women Leaders Network's International Women’s Day webinar on Friday 7 March, from 10am to 12pm, held on Zoom. This event will showcase ongoing efforts to advance gender equality and enhance inclusivity for women in healthcare.
This year's theme, 'For ALL women and girls: Rights. Equality. Empowerment', calls for actions to unlock equal rights and opportunities where no one is left behind, emphasising the empowerment of women, especially young women and girls, as catalysts for lasting change.
On the day, you will hear from keynote speakers, participate in panel sessions, and explore case studies that highlight the diverse experiences of women in healthcare, focusing on intersectionality and women's health. Learn from the experiences of women who are marginalised racially, socio-economically, geographically, or through their sexuality, both as healthcare leaders and service users. Discover how you can empower the next generation of women in healthcare.
