Following the publication of our 2024 report with the same title, we are running a series of webinars to illustrate the future role of primary care at a place-based scale in the coming years. Each webinar will provide guidance and practical tips for primary care leaders across England on developing collaboratives in their place-based areas.
In this session, hear from chairs and board members of the Greater Manchester Primary Care Provider Board. The collaborative was established five years ago and has grown exponentially, now involving over 1,800 primary care providers across Greater Manchester.

This webinar is for ICB primary care leads, PCN and GP senior leadership, chief executives, and transformation leads. Public sector individuals interested in learning more about provider collaboratives are more than welcome to attend.
