This joint NHS Confederation and NHS Providers webinar explored the delegation arrangements from ICBs to provider collaboratives, including:
- the types of functions and budgets ICBs are looking to delegate and that provider collaboratives are keen to take on
- what outcomes they aim to achieve for local populations
- what mechanisms they could use to make this happen.
We also gained provider reflections on the recently published NHS England interim guidance on the arrangements for delegation and joint exercise of statutory functions.
