Alexis Bradshaw

Alexis is a Director with the pop health management team at Optum UK and has an MBA from the University of Virginia. She brings expertise in health system redesign and whole system transformation. Alexis comes to Optum with international experience as a founding member of an early-stage start-up, supporting national scale and successful exit of Iora Health in the United States.

Alexis is passionate about restoring humanity to health care, and sees high quality, universally accessible primary care as the solution to today's health system challenges. Alexis’ experience lends insight into transforming care by building a new kind of health system starting with high-impact, relationship-based, integrated primary care.

She first joined Optum in September 2018 to support the design and delivery of the NHS national Population Health Management Development Programme and continues to lead strategic partnerships with integrated care systems in England to support the NHS to tackle wicked problems and ultimately achieve a sustainable operating model for the universal health system.
