Amy is a registered nurse with over 15 years of frontline clinical experience and a recognised leader in healthcare innovation.

She currently heads the West Yorkshire Integrated Care Systems Innovation Hub, a pioneering partnership between West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board and Health Innovation Yorkshire and Humber, dedicated to driving transformative solutions that address health inequalities while fostering inclusive economic growth within Integrated Care Systems.

A passionate advocate for innovation in healthcare, Amy plays a pivotal role on the NHS Assembly, advising the NHS England executive team on strategic development. She also contributes her expertise to NICE Guidelines, NIHR Expert Review Panels, and Clinical Senates. Beyond her advisory work, Amy is a bestselling author on nursing leadership and a TEDx speaker, inspiring professionals worldwide.

Committed to global health equity and gender inclusion, Amy actively participates in UN Women UK’s CSW events and is a champion for Women in Healthtech and Innovation.
