NHS Wales Job Evaluation Lead, NHS Wales Employers

Andrea joined the NHS in 1994 working for what was then Pembrokeshire NHS Trust, now Hywel Dda University Health Board.

She worked for Hywel Dda in the role of Job Evaluation Lead (amongst other things) until June 2021 which also included take part in many Wales and UK Job Evaluation activities including being a member of JEG.

Andrea joining NHS Wales Employers as the Wales JE Lead in April 2022 where she overseas all the Job Evaluation governance and activity in Wales and is also co-chair of UK JEG.
