Clare Stallard

Clare works as a Senior Pharmaceutical Advisor for Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin Integrated Care Board and oversees a portfolio of clinical projects to support medicines optimisation priorities across the system and achieve best medicines value. 

Clare is an experienced Senior Clinical Pharmacist with over 10 years of experience working in the NHS across primary and secondary care. She has developed a specialist knowledge in anticoagulation and is an independent prescriber in this therapeutic area. 

Clare demonstrates a strong ability and proven track record in managing multiple large-scale change projects across systems and bringing about the required behavioural change for their successful delivery. Clare has delivered on successful transformation projects including the redesign and delivery of anticoagulation services, moving anticoagulation management from secondary care into primary care.

Clare is keen to share her knowledge and experience of working on system wide projects with a wide range of health professionals and patients, to unlock opportunities, generate new ideas and ways of working together to work through barriers to progress.
