Dr Charlotte Hart

Charlotte has been a GP since 2002 and is a partner in a practice in Shrewsbury. She has been the clinical director for Shrewsbury Primary Care Network since July 2020, having previously worked in education in a variety of roles. The PCN has 11 practices and over 100,000 patients. It has gone from starting up to providing a variety of services across the practices. Charlotte is a keen advocate of strong, well organised practices working at scale to improve care for patients and ensure support for practices.
