Dr Frances Dodd

Frances is Associate Director for People Experience at Leeds and York Partnership Foundation Trust and leads on Wellbeing, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, and Engagement and Communications for the Trust.

Prior to joining the Trust in 2021, Frances has worked for a range of private organisations in supporting the delivery of their wellbeing strategies, for instance with Nissan and eBay, as well as working internationally with Human Rights Watch and NATO. Before this, Frances worked within Higher Education, as the University Lead on Health and Head of School for Health Sciences, where she worked extensively with the local NHS trusts, focusing on stress, wellbeing and leadership. Frances recently gained her doctorate in Occupational Psychology and examined the effects of leadership incivility on individuals, within NHS multi-disciplinary teams.
