Dr Jeanine Smirl

Associate Medical Director for Primary Care, Norfolk and Waveney ICB

Jeanine is a GP partner at St Stephens Gate Medical Practice in Norwich and the managing director of N2S their NHS community surgical unit. She has been the clinical director of Norwich PCN 2019-2023 and is Norfolk & Waveney ICB's associate medical director for primary care. Her interest lies in multi-professional collaboration, proactive care and "working smarter not harder" is her motto. As part of a Yale and HEE digital leadership course project she participated in a large-scale digital population health effort led by Norfolk & Waveney CCG- "Covid Protect" to support the shielded population which won several National Awards including Primary Care Team of the Year in 2021. She is committed to the NHS and was honoured to attend the 75th Anniversary celebrations at Westminster Abbey.
