Louise Clarke

Louise has been a GP in Bradford since 2010 and is the current Director of Strategy and Transformation for Bradford District and Craven Health and Care Partnership (HCP). At the HCP, Louise’s portfolio includes strategy, transformation, primary care and community partnerships. She is also the Programme Director for Healthy Communities.

Louise is passionate about improving the health and wellbeing of our population and has a particular interest in health inequalities as well as health and wellbeing in relation to families.  

Past roles Louise had held include Vice Clinical Chair and Director of Strategy for Bradford District And Craven Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).
