Founder of metamorphosish Ltd, Dr Paul Taylor-Pitt is an organisation development specialist with decades of experience supporting complex change. He is an award winning OD practitioner, performance and somatic coach, mentor, facilitator, activist and writer. He hosts the HOPECAST podcast on spirituality and sexuality. Paul has a Doctorate in OD Practice, a Masters in HR Leadership and a degree in Psychology. He is a member of CIPD; the International Coaching Federation; The Society of Authors and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. He is featured in HR Magazine's Most Influential Thinkers List.
