Rebecca Anderson
Dr Rebecca Anderson is a senior gastroenterology registrar working at Gloucestershire Hospitals. She qualified from Oxford University in 2011 and has continued her post-graduate training in the south west of England. She has also worked in New Zealand, and in rural South Africa and was recognised as a global health ambassador by Health Education England.
She has a specialist interest in inflammatory bowel disease and endoscopy and has published work on the prevention of post-colonoscopy colorectal cancers. She is a keen educationalist and has undertaken a Teaching Fellowship, during which time she gained a Post-Graduate Certificate in Medical Education through the University of Bristol.
She is currently working as a Leadership Fellow with the South West Endoscopy Training Academy.
