Rupa has been a frontline GP for over 23 years and is the Managing Partner of Woodley Centre Surgery, Co-Clinical Director of Wokingham North PCN, and Deputy Chair of the Berkshire West Primary Care Alliance. 

Rupa also works as a Clinical Advisor for the Primary Care Transformation Team at NHS England, and is Transformation Lead for the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine.
