Dr Sy Ganesaratnam

Sy has been a GP for 14 years. He is a GP principal and PCN clinical director for East Merton PCN. He works in a hybrid role as a medical director for his pan-PCN GP federation (Merton Health Limited) and Merton Community Services (Central London Community Healthcare (CLCH)). His other work includes developing GP Federation-PCN alliance arrangements for South West London Primary Care and Digital First Pathways (Digital Accelerator Programme and within CLCH).
