Dr Thomas Wyatt

Thomas qualified as a GP in 2008, GP Partner since 2009. He has helped create a GP Federation (Primary Care Wirral) and sits on the Board, helping to develop the PCN and is currently a joint clinical director at Healthier South Wirral PCN. He has also worked in Medical Education at University of Liverpool and worked as GP advisor to Wirral Public Health Team.

Thomas is interested in how PCNs can use primary care data, local insight and tools like Power BI to utilise population health management approaches to understand their populations, place and communities. Then by utilising these approaches he reaches people beyond the Practice walls so they can benefit from the experience and outcomes that primary care can offer.
