Hazel Taylor

Hazel has worked in primary care for 34 years, initially as a district nursing sister then advanced nurse practitioner for 26 years before becoming clinical director for Washington PCN. She has worked in a managerial nurse lead role within a large Primary Healthcare Team, developing innovative services and instrumental in multidisciplinary working and community integrated team developments within Vanguard. Hazel’s main passions are improving mental health services in primary care and true integration of care to improve patient services.
