Joanna Nzei

Joanna joined the NHS Confederation as the central programme manager in October 2022, working towards increasing visibility of activities and centralising delivery processes across the Confederation. Before joining the organisation, Joanna worked in a similar capacity as programme and budget manager at HMT for the UK's Technical Assistance Unit. In this time, Joanna established programme and budget management tools to provide adequate reports and insight into the international team's portfolio. Throughout her career in programme management and data analysis, Joanna has developed a range of processes designed to improve timely delivery and support collaboration across teams.
