Jolene Parkes

Jo is a clinical director for North Norfolk 1 Primary Care Network.  She is a nurse with a special interest in chronic disease management and is passionate about general practice nursing and championing the General Practice Nurse Ten-Point Plan.  During COVID-19, Jo was part of a small group of practice nurses accelerating parts of the Long Term Plan within a short space of time, working closely with community teams and linking best practice virtual networks.
