Julia joined the ICS Network in 2023, having previously worked in policy for the Primary Care Network.

Julia's background spans policy, strategic communications and branding across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. 

Her last role prior to joining the NHS Confederation was leading public affairs at a Business Improvement District (BID) where she worked in partnership to lobby for sector-specific relief during the pandemic and led the production of two successful business plans at ballot.

As Partnerships and Improvement Manager, she works with external organisations on projects that benefit members through driving integration and embedding improvement approaches.
