Julie Jenson
Julie A Jenson is a strategic advisor within healthcare innovation and health systems. She is a hands-on researcher, listening and learning with clinicians and patients, administrators and policy makers, inventors and engineers, young and old, refugees and wellness influencers — all sorts of ‘just plain people,’ at the end of the day. She is also a seasoned leader within organisations from startup to Fortune500, with a 30-year track record of building teams, managing the bottom line and delivering solutions.
She balances her time between consultancy and teaching at University of the Arts London: Central St Martins. She is a certified listener poet with the Good Listening Project and has expertise in community engagement, health inequalities, personalised care, strategic foresight, and the impact of language and design on health, well-being and decision-making, with a particular interest in how these themes intersect with emerging science and technology.
