Karina has over 30 years of experience in the health and disability sector in both the UK and New Zealand, working in primary and secondary care, clinical service management, change management and estates and facilities. 

She has 20 years of experience in estates management and development including strategy for office, general practice and community hospital schemes. At NHS Property Services, her work has focused on optimisation of the NHS estate.
