
Kelley Webb-Martin
Kelley is a senior leader with a proven track record as a Director in the NHS, Local Authority, and Voluntary Community Sectors. She has worked across the system as a lead Commissioner, Provider, and Strategist, bringing a unique 360° perspective to health and care transformation. Kelley brings extensive expertise in service transformation, health equity, and system leadership, with a particular focus on creative health, social prescribing and social marketing, as powerful tools for improving engagement, wellbeing, and community connection.
Her work spans service redesign, quality improvement, and inclusive workforce development, underpinned by participatory research and co-production. She is especially committed to addressing health inequalities affecting the global majority, and has led innovative, culturally responsive initiatives across diverse communities.
Kelley’s leadership has contributed to nationally recognised programmes. Service areas under her direction received a Children & Young People Now (CYPN) award nomination, for its work supporting children and young people's mental health, Health Service Journal (HSJ) nomination and Local Government Chronicle (LGC) Commendation for the Whole School Asthma Programme.
She also serves as an Advisory Member for the Women and Children’s Department at a leading University Hospital in Singapore, contributing international insight and lived experience to improve outcomes for babies, children, young people and their families.
