Lee Balch

Lee has a background of working with NHS national stakeholders, human resources directors and regional trade union reps to design, produce & convene regional network activities for workforce leaders and staff side colleagues across the Midlands and East. He has worked in the NHS in communications, patient & public involvement, marketing and engagement roles since 2002.
