Mani Deshi

Mani is the chief transformation officer at SDSmyhealthcare GP Federation and leads the design and delivery of innovative community services to ensure our population receives the right care in the right setting. Mani is the Federation lead for ensuring a successful working relationship with the Integrated Care System in Birmingham. This has included leading on the building of key strategic partnerships and integrated services on behalf of the Federation, with local providers.

Mani has worked in healthcare improvement and transformation work for over 20 years. This includes leading work at national, regional and local levels as part of previous roles at NHS England and NHS Improving Quality.
