Dr Mark Spencer

Mark has been a GP in Fleetwood, Lancashire, for over 30 years and is passionate about addressing health inequalities and inequity. He is the Clinical Director for Fleetwood Primary Care Network and is a community champion for Healthier Fleetwood. He is also a co-founder and Non-Executive Director of FCMS, the “at scale" social enterprise provider of Primary Care services across parts of Lancashire and Yorkshire. Mark has held a number of national roles including being co-chair of the NHS Confederation national PCN Network.
