Michelle Wayt
Michelle has worked as a human resource professional within the public sector for nearly 30 years.
Most of her work has been within the NHS, but she has also worked in education and the Civil Service. She has been CIPD accreditation since 1993 and recently became a Fellow and passed a Masters in Senior Healthcare Leadership with the University of Birmingham/NHS Leadership Academy.
In the past she has been involved in delivering several projects including transferring staff and nurse students from the NHS into the university sector as part of Project 2k and working on a national initiative to implement Urban Search and Rescue Paramedics following the 2007 London terrorist attacks.
Since commencing at NHS Employers, she has supported work on the 2018 pay deal and more recently being involved in the shape and education of the NHS workforce including delivering projects for HEE and Department for Education.
