Moira Wright

As coordinator lead at Living Well Partnership (LWP) since 2022, Moira Wright has a keen eye for detail and a desire to empower patients to self-manage their own healthcare. Moira has been instrumental in developing and shaping the Care Coordination Service at LWP since it’s infancy. 

With a decade of experience within the NHS and a deep understanding of efficient processes to support patients, Moira is currently on secondment as LWP call handling manager through her passion to help get it right for the patient the first time. Her knowledge on care coordination and making every contact count has already provided positive changes for both patients and staff.

When not working, Moira spends time walking the undiscovered paths of Hampshire.
