Nicky Cambridge

Nicky Cambridge has over 35 years’ experience in frontline, senior, and strategic roles across health and care. She has led neighbourhood-based integrated care teams, worked in local government and policy, served as CEO of Healthwatch, and was formerly head of equality, diversity, and inclusion for the Sussex Integrated Care System. 

Now deputy director of population health and inequalities, Nicky also brings experience from national and local trusteeships within the voluntary and community sector, and works to tackle health inequalities through inclusive, system-wide change.
