Oscar Mathew is a former barrister and Senior Legal Adviser to the General Medical Council. He is a qualified mediator, coach and facilitator, specialising in team development and leadership coaching within healthcare. His clients include many hospital trusts (UK and internationally), PCNs, hospital boards, Medical Defence Union and Médecins Sans Frontières. During 2023/24 he has worked as faculty with the NHS Confederation on different PCN leadership development programmes.
