Ric Whalley

Ric Whalley is a partner in Newton and leads our Health and Integration team. Drawing on experience leading transformation programmes in some of the UK’s biggest businesses and health and social care systems, his passion is in delivering change in health and social care and helping leaders develop. Ric led Newton’s national programme on delayed transfers of care (DToC) across 14 major health and social care systems. He is currently leading a major health and social care integration programme across Essex.
