Roxana Precu is the franchise head for Dermatology & Respiratory at Sanofi UK and Ireland. As a key leader in Sanofi’s Specialty Care division, Roxana spearheads the strategic direction and management of Sanofi's immunology portfolios. 

Roxana has extensive senior-level experience in the health sector, previously holding various leadership positions at GSK, Viiv Healthcare and Novartis across the world including the UK, Portugal, Turkey, China, Ukraine and Romania.
