Sally Robinson
Sally Robinson is Chair of the Women's Staff Network and Head of Strategy & Best Practice at United Lincolnshire Hospitals.
With 14years experience in the public and 3rd sector, the past eight being in the NHS - Sally has carved a career focussed on helping to develop and improve frontline services.
Starting her career with Rape Crisis, Sally led the local branch of the national charity into a new partnership alongside NHS and Police services to create a Sexual Assault Referral Centre.
Moving into the commissioning arena, Sally worked for the Local Authority commissioning and managing contracts as part of the Public Health directorate. Leading the redesign and implementation of new homelessness services across Lincolnshire fuelled her desire to create change. Which brought her to the NHS, an organisation she loves and adores.
Sally has a passion for creating environments in which women can thrive and focuses on practical solutions and embedding staff network projects within corporate objectives.
Not forgetting that life needs to be fun, positive and uplifting. Sally tries to infuse all her projects with personal development, friendship and laughter. Just because it needs to be done, doesnt mean you cant enjoy it!
