Sam Burrows

Sam Burrows is the chief transformation and digital officer at NHS Frimley Health and Care Integrated Care System. Prior to this Sam held the position of deputy chief executive at Berkshire West CCG and oversaw the development of new models of care for the Berkshire West system as well as the design and implementation of the Wave One Berkshire West Integrated Care System.

After training to be a lawyer, Sam became an alumnus of the NHS graduate management training scheme. He has worked in hospital management and commissioning roles for NHS organisations in London and the south of England as well as being a management consultant with a focus on improvement for a number of global healthcare systems.
